The new version of FYI ReviewerT features a built-in image viewer that enables users to view their Concordance® databases and images side-by-side within a web browser. With built-in image viewing, users can now review Opticon imagebases and utilize the same annotation tools remotely via a web browser - highlight, redact, enlarge, exchange and print document sets - all within FYI Reviewer. Another new feature in FYI Reviewer is the addition of multi-level tag foldering, making it easier for litigation teams to organize their issue tags among cases for quicker review. The FYI Core ServerT now uses the SSL protocol to communicate with FYI Reviewer and Concordance for enhanced firewall compatibility.

FYI 3.0 includes two components, the FYI Core Server and FYI Reviewer, which work in unison to provide secure, remote access to centralized case data. Users can access the same secure Concordance databases and Opticon imagebases in realtime to comment on discovery, create issue codes, print reports, and collaborate with team members. Organizations can also choose to access their case data via FYI Reviewer in a hosted web environment set up and run by third party service bureaus. The ASP model lets firms lease FYI Reviewer seats and scale from one user to significantly more, offering greater case management flexibility and cost savings.
